Adjustable Supply & Exhaust Air Disc Valves

The disc valve provides a compact, clean and attractive way to ventilate bathrooms, toilets, washrooms, kitchens and other small rooms in supply or exhaust duty. Outer ring and inner disc are manufactured from steel sheet and finished in durable white powder coating RAL 9010 as standard. The fixing collar / mounting ring is galvanised steel; a sponge gasket around the back of the outer ring is standard to prevent leakage. The adjustable central disc allows circular balanced airflow for VAV extraction systems and high air volumes with good diffusion. Fixing: step 1 - the mounting ring is fixed in the duct; step 2 - the frame is fixed to the mounting ring. Performance charts give air volume vs throw for disc positions 0=+10, 0=0 and 0=-10 for both supply and exhaust disc valves.
