Double Deflection Grille & Register

Double deflection linear bar grilles and registers use frame and face bars of high-quality extruded aluminium with corrosion resistance and rigidity. Horizontal face bars with 0, 15-degree 1-way throw and 15-degree 2-way throw are fixed to the frame with 8 mm pipes; vertical aluminium aerofoil blades at the rear are individually adjustable in the vertical plane via nylon bushes. Registers are fixed rigidly with an opposed-blade damper by grippers so damper blades can be screw operated from the face opening; foam gasket sealed around the back prevents air leakage. Alignment strips give perfect unbroken appearance of continuous runs at no additional cost; supplied with C-clamps for concealed fixing. Two-layer adjustable blade system per profile product range: extruded aluminium frame, 20 mm blade spacing, PVC bushings for noise reduction, RAL 9010 / 9016 standard. Performance tables for 15-degree 2-way, 15-degree 1-way, 0-degree and single deflection registers list Ak (m2), face velocity (m/s), cfm, m3/s, static pressure (mm H2O), throw (m) and NC per width.
