Galvanized Iron (GI) HVAC Ducts

Rectangular ducts are factory fabricated and assembled, ready for installation with a complete range of rectangular products and any duct size - no limitation to standard manufacturer sizes. Materials: galvanized steel (standard) LFQ complying with ASTM A653, G90 coating designation; stainless steel (optional) ASTM A240M/A480M grades 304/304L/316/316L; aluminium (optional) ASTM B209 alloy 3003 temper H14. Produced on an automatic CNC coil line (1.2 m straight duct standard lengths, 4 coils loaded at a time), CNC laser cutting and CAM DUCT software for fittings, and lock formers for mechanical longitudinal joints. GI sheets conform to ASTM A635/A653M LFQ with Z275/G90 zinc coating as standard (Z350/G115 available), thickness 26g-18ga; reinforcement with GI angle, slip-on flange, rolled steel angle, mid-panel tie rod and joint tie rod (10/12/16 mm). Transverse connections include drive cleats, self flange, slip-on flange, TDC, coupler and angle flange; straight ducts reinforced with panel beading every 300 mm. State-of-the-art identification system cross-references duct pieces to drawings for easy installation; factory sealant applied on longitudinal and transverse seams of flanged ducts for all pressure systems on request. Accessories: GI flanges, GI corners, GI clamps, GI cleats with S, C and standing S types, and the transverse joint / drive cleat system.
